Machine Operator Assistant

About the role

We are looking to hire a Machine Operator Assistant for a production plant located in La Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona). The position offers job stability with real possibilities of direct incorporation into the company's workforce.

What you'll do

Assist the lead operator in the preparation, startup, adjustment, and cleaning of the production machinery.

Supply raw materials to the production lines according to work orders.

Supervise the correct functioning of the lines and perform basic quality controls of the final product.

Detect anomalies in the process and collaborate in the resolution of minor incidents.

Maintain order, cleanliness, and strict compliance with occupational safety regulations at the workstation.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in industrial environments or continuous production lines.

Full availability to work in a 5-shift system (rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays according to the calendar).

Own vehicle to commute to the workplace in La Bisbal del Penedès.

Proactive attitude, dynamism, and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

Vocational training (FPI / Vocational Training Cycle) in industrial branches (Mechanics, Electricity, Maintenance, or similar) is valued.

What you'll get

Salary: €13.94 gross/hour.
