Machine Operator
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Can interpret WPS, special instructions, specifications, and work instructions
- Knowledge in inspection and quality assurance
- Proficient in using precision measurement tools (microscope, digital calipers, micrometers, film thickness gauges, etc.).
- Proficient in data encoding and basic computer use
Education & Experience
- Minimum Requirement: College level or equivalent (technical/vocational background preferred).
- Preferred: Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, machining, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
Skills
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Time Management – Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Safety Awareness – Understanding of cleanroom protocols, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
- Strong teamwork and communication (English & Tagalog)
- Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset
- Adaptable and focused on continuous improvement
