Machine Operator I

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual for the Machine Operator I position on our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist multiple team members in the assembly of components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
• Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.
• Maintain certification on multiple skills and be capable of working at multiple production lines to ensure flexible production capabilities.
• Operate machinery on the SMT production line, including NPM, DEK, or SPP machines.
• Perform splicing operations for SMT components.
• Conduct SPI or AOI inspections of products.
