Machine Operator (m/f/x)
To strengthen our Production Team in Ettringen, Germany, we are looking for a Machine Operator (m/f/x).
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and consistently high product quality. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help optimize production performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, particularly contour cutting and waterjet cutting machines.
Perform machine changeovers and ensure the correct supply of raw materials according to production requirements.
Record production data and prepare production and quality control reports.
Ensure production orders are completed on time and in line with quality and quantity specifications.
Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues independently to minimize downtime.
Maintain high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization
Your Profile
Completed technical training as a Machine and Plant Operator or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience in foam and plastics processing, CNC machining, or waterjet cutting is considered an advantage.
Good understanding of technical drawings and basic CAD knowledge.
Hands-on mentality and confidence working with machine control systems.
Careful, structured working style and strong team spirit.
Willingness to work in a two-shift system, with occasional three-shift operation
