Machine Operator - Saw Operator

Position Summary: Produces machined parts for production equipment from a variety of metals to specification by operating machining equipment.

· Produces parts to specification by setting and operating machinery

· Maintains quality of manufactured parts by inspecting parts in process

· Supports required production schedules by maintaining efficient production cycles

· Maintains operational status of machines by monitoring condition of machine and reporting any needed repairs

· Maintains safe and organized work area by observing all safety policies and procedures

· None

· High school diploma or equivalent or equal combination of education and experience

· Three (3) years machine operating experience

· Lifting up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds

· Bending, squatting, climbing, pulling, stooping, twisting, reaching, working at elevated heights

· Must be able to work under pressure
