The Opportunity
As a Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure machines run smoothly at capacity and meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
2nd Shift (12:00 pm-8:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up machinery and tools for daily operation
- Start, operate, and monitor machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines
- Make machine adjustments as needed to improve performance and maintain quality
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with machines or tools promptly
- Perform quality checks on finished parts, using inspection tools as needed
- Accurately follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean and perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs
