Machine Packers - Hiring Now Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Machine Packers for our Williamsburg, PA facility. Responsible for packaging finished envelopes, inspecting products for quality, and preparing orders for shipment. Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following safety and production standards. Pay & Schedule $17.40/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights). 2 days and 2 nights required: Day shift 7am - 7pm / Night shift 7pm - 7am. Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season. Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. **Opportunity for promotion to Machine Adjuster following 90 days with pay up to $23.83/hour based on skills and performance. What You'll Do Loads paper on to automatic hand-fed/web envelope folding machines; pack finished product. Inspects quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel. Checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements. May be required to complete rework Cleans up work area during/end of shift. Other duties as assigned/required. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent. 6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment. Quality inspection skills and ability to measure/read a ruler. Basic math, verbal/written communication, computer skills Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and reaching Lift up to 55 lbs; manual dexterity required Work around noise, machinery, inks, solvents, and glue Ability to work in hot or cold conditions and stay alert around equipment Able to keep pace with high-speed production for a full shift CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER INDCVOP
