What You'll Do
As a Machine & Production Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality brush products and components while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and automated production machines.
- Verify materials.
- Keep machines supplied with materials and components.
- Perform visual quality inspections and basic measurements using gauges, calipers, and other inspection tools.
- Assemble, trim, bend, twist, solder, dip, wrap, crimp, or package products as required.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and track production counts.
- Identify and report machine issues, excessive scrap, or material shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in shift meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
Hours
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Voluntary overtime available.
