What you need to be successful in this role:
- Establish and maintain maintenance logs for all equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance per manufactures specifications or as requested.
- Process products through the automation equipment in accordance with scheduled need.
- Keep automation equipment operating at optimal levels by providing product, picks, and inventory in a timely manner.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure continuous quality to a highly demanding production schedule.
- Observe machine operations to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines, as necessary.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Be mechanically inclined and able to work independently.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
