Machine Tool Spindle Assembly - Asst Engineer (Singapore)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of mechanical experience (machine tool/machinery/transmission assembly).
• Knowledge in basic physics, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, and measurement.
• Knowledge of basic electrical is welcome.
• Should be able to tear down damaged spindles, able to detect what is missing, worn-out, or broken, and find any foreign particles present and what kind of foreign particles each component has.
• Should be able to prepare a report with the root cause of failure and analysis.
• Should perform test runs and runoffs after completion of assembly.
• Should visit the customer for disassembly and assembly of the spindle unit.
