Machine Vision Engineer
Summary
A Machine Vision Engineer evaluates project feasibility, troubleshoots hardware/software issues, and supports global customers with technical guidance and onsite exhibition support.
Job Description
Work with Sales to evaluate project feasibility, test product function, assess solutions and communicate demand;
Respond to the customer's technical consultation during the test, and deal with the problems of machine vision hardware and software;
Feed back product and technical requirements to R&D, and follow up customization projects;
Deal with customers' after-sales RMA problems, and conduct quality retrospective communication;
Support regional teams and global customers by producing technical guidance, FAQ, and instructional videos for diverse markets;
Responsible for technical execution at overseas exhibitions (including North Asia and other regional markets), including coordinating materials, debugging, and onsite support.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, electromechanical, photoelectric or related science and engineering;
At least three years of relevant working experience in machine vision, industrial automation, or image processing industry technology consulting;
Strong foundation in optical and electrical principles; familiar with at least one programming language;
Excellent logical thinking, organizational coordination, and team-oriented mindset;
Strong communication and presentation skills in English;
Ability to support and communicate technical requirements with stakeholders and R&D centers in regional markets (e.g., North Asia) is essential for this role.
Willingness to travel for overseas business trips; previous overseas working experience is an advantage.
