Machines Maintenance Junior Staff

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Reliability

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence.
• Analyze machine failures and identify root causes for sustainable improvements.
• Monitor equipment performance and machine reliability indicators.

Spare Parts & TPM

• Manage machine spare parts to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs, including:
  • Technical Losses
  • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
  • MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
  • Maintenance Costs
• Prepare reports and recommend improvement actions to achieve operational targets.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Create and update work instructions, maintenance procedures, and maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up and close improvement actions and OPLs.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Support 5S activities and workplace safety initiatives.
• Contribute to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 objectives and related activities.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
