Machining Shift Manager

What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing one of the two shifts in the machining plant. This involves:
Leading the machining team, organizing and supervising the shift's productive activity.
Ensuring compliance with the production plan, quality standards, and safety.
Guaranteeing the availability of resources, materials, and information in the plant.
Optimizing line performance, analyzing deviations, and driving improvements.
Managing and resolving operational incidents, coordinating with planning, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
Participating in the definition of capacity, shifts, personnel needs, and investments.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Experience in plant team management.
A decisive, analytical person, oriented towards continuous improvement and production.
Communication skills, with the capacity for teamwork and leadership.
Availability to work two shifts: morning and afternoon.
Experience in machining or industrial production environments.
Nice to have
Education: preferably engineering (mechanical or similar). In its absence, a higher degree in production programming in mechanical manufacturing with relevant experience.
