Machinist (3789)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, etc.) to fabricate precision tools, dies, jigs , fixtures and specialized parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create or repair dies and tooling.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and tooling inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Run production parts as required.
