Machinist

Job Purpose:
- The Mold Machining Machinist at ARC INTERNATIONAL GROUP is responsible for operating and maintaining machining equipment to produce precision molds used in manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail to ensure that molds meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machining tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to fabricate mold components.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations required.
- Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished mold components for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Document machining processes and results, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the department.
