Job Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC 3- or 4-axis milling machines to manufacture precision parts in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Prioritize and process work orders according to production schedules and due dates.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in machining and workflow processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
