MACHINIST III - Night Shift (54465)

Role

As Machinist II, one is responsible for the following functions listed below. The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. Additionally, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for Process Control related to the Machine assigned to by the Machine Shop Supervisor

• Responsible for the in process inspection, handling, and inventory control of equipment flowing through the assigned machine

• Responsible for receiving material, engineering print, set-up, programming, and production of machine.

• Responsible for hitting target efficiencies established by the Machine Shop Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager.

• Responsible for assisting and training other employees when asked by Supervisor.

• Promote a team environment within the department. Cooperate and assists all departments in resolving issues as related to jobs.

• Follow all policies and procedures required by Machine Shop employees at all times.

• Other duties as assigned by the Machine Shop Manager.
