From the Lleida delegation, we are selecting a MACHINE OPERATOR for the laser section for an important company located in the province of Lleida.

What you'll do

• Review the manufacturing order.
• Select the corresponding material from the warehouse or from the "prepared materials" area.
• Prepare the machine before starting production.
• Verify the condition of the nozzles before cutting.
• Execute the cutting programs.
• Detect incidents during manufacturing.
• Perform dimensional controls on the 1st sheet.
• Verify the quality of the first pieces manufactured from each batch.
• Verification of the surface finish.
• Cleaning of the machine.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.

Valuable

• Vocational Training (CFGM) in Mechanical Manufacturing.

• Vocational Training (CFGM) in Machining.

• Vocational Training (CFGM) in Welding and Boilermaking.

• Other studies related to the metal sector.

• Interpretation of blueprints.

• Metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum).

• Measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer...)

• Dimensional control.

• Basic operation of CNC machinery.

What you'll get

- Rotating full-time shift (morning/afternoon): 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday. (Possibility of working overtime)
