This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our clients.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Macro Product & Data Lead to support the FX & Rates Value Stream. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving API-first solutions, data strategy, product development and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong product ownership capabilities, deep understanding of data models and integration architectures, and experience working within Markets businesses, particularly FX and Rates.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as a product lead across Macro initiatives within the FX & Rates Value Stream.

· Define and drive API-first implementation strategies.

· Partner with business, architecture and engineering teams to design scalable solutions.

· Support development of AI-enabled capabilities and assess opportunities to scale existing use cases.

· Drive decisions around data strategy, data taxonomy and data governance frameworks.

· Analyse and define target data models to support business and technology objectives.

· Manage and prioritise product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.

· Translate business requirements into technology solutions and architectural outcomes.

· Provide project and programme support across strategic transformation initiatives.

· Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Markets, Technology and Operations.

Experience & Skills Required

· Proven Product Owner/Product Management experience within Financial Services.

· Strong FX and Rates product knowledge.

· Experience working within Macro trading or Markets environments.

· Strong understanding of APIs, system integration and modern technology architectures.

· Experience defining and implementing data models and data taxonomy frameworks.

· Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven transformation programmes.

· Ability to operate across business, technology and architecture functions.

· Strong Agile delivery experience.
