Maid Employment Agent (Clementi)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Maid Employment Agent to join our team. The agent will be responsible for screening, and matching qualified domestic helpers with households in need of domestic support. This role requires excellent communication, team spirit, and a good understanding of employment regulations related to domestic workers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect employers with domestic helper needs to facilitate successful placements
• Match domestic helpers with employers by assessing specific needs and preferences to ensure compatibility
• Deliver pre-employment orientation sessions to both helpers and employers to prepare them for employment
• Manage documentation and process work permits in compliance with government regulations such as MOM requirements in Singapore
• Perform administrative duties including preparing contracts, handling applications, and managing renewals efficiently
• Provide post-placement support and mediate disputes or adjustment issues to maintain positive employer-helper relationships
• Promote agency services through marketing initiatives and customer outreach to expand client base

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively in both Chinese and English
• Experience in employment agency work is preferred but not mandatory; fresh candidates are welcome
