Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging clients and matching them with suitable domestic helpers to meet their needs
• Conduct and arrange client interviews confidently to assess requirements and facilitate placements
• Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to build lasting client relationships and achieve targets
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Demonstrate self-motivation and target-driven behavior to consistently meet or exceed performance goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• CEI certification (advantage)
• Experience in the employment or service industry
