Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Mailing Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will help run mail insertion, folding, and inkjet addressing equipment. No prior machine experience is required; we provide full on-the-job training for quick learners with a positive attitude. [1]
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Load paper, envelopes, and inserts into mail-processing and folding machines.
- Monitor Quality: Check finished mail pieces for errors, missing pages, or misalignments.
- Troubleshoot: Clear basic paper jams and perform minor adjustments to keep machines running.
- Sort and Pack: Place finished mail into trays or sleeves following U.S. Postal Service (USPS) guidelines.
Maintain Workspace: Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
