Maintenance Mechanic II – Painter
Pew Pew Guru LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic II – Painter to support vacant-house turnovers, residential maintenance, and property preparation.
Duties
- Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting
- Patch holes, cracks, and minor drywall damage
- Sand, scrape, caulk, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Perform touch-up painting and finish work
- Protect floors, fixtures, cabinets, and other surfaces during painting
- Maintain brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, and painting equipment
- Assist with minor carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance tasks
- Follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Report additional repair needs to the supervisor
Requirements
- Previous painting, maintenance, construction, or property-turnover experience
- Knowledge of surface preparation, patching, priming, and painting techniques
- Ability to use ladders, hand tools, and painting equipment safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
