Maintains and repairs water features, pools, and related systems at a luxury resort in Hawaii, including plumbing, electrical, and pool chemistry tasks.
Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Water Features Team as a Maintenance 2 Mechanic at Grand Hyatt Kauai located in Poipu, Hawaii.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing the resort's systems/equipment in water features. Assists with research, planning & scheduling projects and generates purchase orders. Able to install electrical system, mechanical equipment, perform work on plumbing & piping systems and any other systems related to water features operation. Must also complete preventative maintenance program for the systems and equipment. This position also requires complete daily, weekly and monthly inspections in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, state codes and Hyatt standards. Must have knowledge of pool chemistry and general pool maintenance practices, be able to train others and maintain a clean, safe, well-marked equipment room in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
90 Day Probationary Rate\: $34.05 per hour/Hourly Rate\: $40.06 per hour
