Summary
Performs general facility maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, and painting to keep buildings in good condition and comply with regulations.
Participates in the maintenance of center facilities performing preventative maintenance to reduce future problems. General knowledge and the ability to perform general maintenance related to the facilities including but not limited to: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor facilities maintenance. Ensures maintenance activities operate within established policies and procedures and local state and federal regulations.
