Starting Rate: $19.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Routine Upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
• Garbage/Trash disposal
• Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and fellow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
