We are looking to incorporate a Maintenance and Construction Support Technician (Lines) to be part of the Dp. Programación y Soporte Demarcaciones team at Red Eléctrica.

What you'll do

1. Plan, schedule, evaluate, and monitor the activities that fall under their responsibility and ensure compliance with the defined objectives of quality, deadline, and cost.
2. Ensure the proper development of asset maintenance activities or projects in economic and operational terms, as well as compliance with defined Redeia practices and internal and external regulations.
3. Define, propose, and prepare the plans and scheduling for the maintenance and construction of facilities, as well as carry out their monitoring, as well as monitor the incidents reported, proposing new solutions when appropriate.
4. Preparation of offers and tenders, providing expertise in their field for the maintenance and construction of lines.
5. Perform administrative monitoring within the scope of their competencies.

What we're looking for

• University degree in industrial engineering or higher-level vocational training or intermediate-level vocational training with sufficient professional experience and accredited knowledge, recognized as equivalent by the company.
• More than 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance work of very high voltage overhead and/or underground lines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in project management, works certification, preparation of offers, tenders, and works monitoring and control (materials and services) will be valued.
• Knowledge of management systems (SAP, etc.) will be valued.
• Availability to travel.
