G&T Industries Maintenance and Facilities Manager

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team in this corporate-level role, overseeing maintenance across 4 sites and 5 business units. This hands-on position covers grounds, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance, and facilitates safety teams across all sites.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Lead general and preventative maintenance programs across all sites
- Guide and support site-level maintenance teams
- Read and apply facility prints and layouts
- Get involved with facility builds, additions, and modifications
- Participate in equipment selection and sourcing decisions
- Facilitate safety teams and ensure safety compliance across all sites
- Travel to other sites quarterly
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in general and preventative maintenance
- Demonstrated team leadership ability with a founder/owner mentality and servant-leadership style
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical school training preferred
