Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair duties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AC/HVAC systems, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance repairs. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
  
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/HVAC systems
  
• Complete basic electrical repairs and maintenance
  
• Perform painting, drywall repair, and touch-up work
  
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
  
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition
  
• Report major repair needs to management
