Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and documentation support to the Maintenance team, ensuring all maintenance records and activities comply with GMP requirements and company procedures.
- Review maintenance work orders and assist in the creation of Service Requests (SRs), including performing offline verification and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Support the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by creating, updating, and maintaining job plans, asset records, equipment information, and inventory data.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze maintenance data and trends from the CMMS to support maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors to obtain technical documentation, equipment information, and other required data to support maintenance documentation and record management.
- Conduct basic site inspections and equipment verifications to collect technical information and validate documentation for maintenance activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Maximo to manage maintenance documentation, generate reports, and maintain accurate system records.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality, to ensure GMP-compliant maintenance documentation and smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Support documentation and data requirements for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment changes, and maintenance improvement initiatives.
- Perform other maintenance engineering and documentation-related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Lead, or Manager.
