Maintenance Engineer Bioproduction Unit (Coimbatore) Company: T Stanes Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of assigned plant equipment, utilities and supporting systems. Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot faults and coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime. Maintain maintenance schedules, equipment history, breakdown records, checklists and spare-parts information. Coordinate with Production and external service providers for planned maintenance and equipment servicing. Ensure tools, spares and maintenance materials are available and used appropriately. Follow lockout/tagout and other applicable permit-to-work, electrical/mechanical safety and isolation procedures. Support equipment installation, commissioning, inspection and calibration coordination where applicable. Report recurring failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and equipment performance.
