Maintenance Engineer

In this position, you will:

• Manage all system support and maintenance services activities and maintenance personnel
• Ensure the maintenance team understands the scope of work and services requirements
• Execute and manage all activities of system support and maintenance services
• Responsible for all maintenance issues of the system
• Identify and propose resolutions of all technical problems found in the system
• Provide round-the-clock 7x24 technical support for any incidents escalated from the role of maintenance support specialists and/or client-side

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications or Information Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of operation, administration and maintenance experience one or more system(s) which is similar to any one of the following
  • the Dedicated Core Network, RAN, UE, backhaul network
  • other mobile broadband system deploying 4G or 5G technologies
• Self-motivated and analytical, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues
• Strong communicator with excellent learning and leadership potential, able to grow quickly and drive team collaboration
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
