Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting various automated systems, including PLCs and VFDs. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and requires a proactive approach to root cause analysis and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of PLCs, VFDs, and ASRS to ensure optimal performance. - Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting system efficiency and reliability. - Collaborate with other engineering teams to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance. - Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed. Required Skills: - Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting. - Experience with VFDs and their applications in automated systems. - Strong analytical skills for effective root cause analysis. - Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS). - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
