Maintenance Engineer Construction Industry (Pune) Company: JP Constro & Infra Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Full-time Role & responsibilities Carry out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment. Inspect equipment regularly to ensure secure and efficient operation. Diagnose technical faults and arrange timely repairs to minimize downtime. Coordinate with vendors, service providers and technicians for maintenance and repair work. Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, breakdown reports and equipment history. Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of maintenance materials. Supervise installation, servicing and repair of equipment at project sites. Coordinate with project and site teams to address equipment-related issues. Monitor maintenance expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Ensure compliance with safety procedures during maintenance activities. Prepare periodic maintenance reports and update management on equipment performance. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Road Projects, Bridges, Industrial Projects or Construction Equipment Maintenance will be preferred. Experience with DG sets, generators, compressors, pumps, motors, welding machines, cranes, hoists, concrete equipment, electrical panels and other construction machinery will be an advantage. .
