Maintenance Engineer

What you´ll do Maintain the factory equipment account, conduct calibration of measuring instruments, and update the annual PM plan. Conduct data analysis and on-site inspections to identify root causes (such as program logic errors or equipment aging), and formulate improvement measures to prevent recurrence. Track new technologies in the chemical equipment field (e.g., PI system, intelligent operation and maintenance, energy-saving equipment), and propose equipment upgrading or improvement suggestions to reduce energy consumption and operation/maintenance costs. Complete the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, including progress tracking, resource coordination, and compilation of WI (Work Instruction) documents. Conduct renovation evaluations to assess the feasibility of equipment upgrades and implement the approved plans.
