Maintenance Engineer

What you´ll do Maintain the factory equipment, conduct calibration of measuring instruments, and update the annual PM plan. Conduct data analysis and on-site inspections to identify root causes (such as program logic errors or equipment aging), and formulate improvement measures to prevent recurrence. Complete the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, including progress tracking, resource coordination, and compilation of WI (Work Instruction) documents. Conduct renovation evaluations to assess the feasibility of equipment upgrades and implement the approved plans. Familiar with coater, coating industry is much better.
