Position Title: Maintenance Engineer I

Summary: The Maintenance Engineer I supports routine maintenance activities, troubleshoots equipment issues, and assists in the repair, installation, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. This entry-level role works under direct supervision to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. • Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. • Support repair and installation of machinery and facility components. • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. • Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with senior engineers and maintenance staff.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred. • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
