Maintenance Engineer III (7441)
Summary
Performs general maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep for tribal facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for general maintenance of all Tribal entities indoor and outdoor premises. Works with all departments on an as-needed basis. Also works along with all Engineering personnel. In addition, we strive to deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and fellow Team Members. - Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.

- Responsible for timely repairs, installation, and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, chillers and any other pieces of equipment that would need service.
- Perform departmental technical projects which will include, but not limited to, electrical and mechanical equipment repair or other duties as required.
- Responsible for reading meters, gauges and other testing instruments accurately and effectively in order to detect and identify problems and the appropriate paths for repairs.
- Landscaping/ sprinkler maintenance.
- Responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and preventive maintenance reports.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mason work, and other related maintenance related work.
- Requires technical knowledge of the construction and maintenance work involved, and the ability to use cost-estimating methods.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work closely with Safety coordinator to make sure all OSHA safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
- Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job does not require supervisory duties.
