Maintenance Engineer (K/M/N)
•Defines and reviews maintenance policies
•Defines critical machines classification, composition, etc.
•Identifies critical spare parts management (item identification, minimum stocks definition, spare parts naming etc.)
•Performs failures analysis
•Ensures the calculation of maintenance KPIs (effectiveness, efficiency, costs, etc.), data collection and reporting activities.
•Manages specific maintenance improvement and maintenance 4.0 projects
•Implements advanced diagnostics methods
•Manages CMMS (Maintenance Software) implementation and improvement
•Is responsible for the standardization (procedures, instructions, forms, spare parts naming, etc.)
•Performs maintenance audit
•Collaborate with Energy and Facility areas to ensures Energy consumption savings project realization
•Monitors and analyses maintenance costs
