Maintenance Engineer

PRIMARY PURPOSE: HVAC system, compressed air system and vacuum system maintenance. Energy saving and emission reduction. Assist supervisor to manage the electrician team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establish a systematic equipment maintenance and inspection plan and supervise its execution, ensure normal operation of equipment and timely and accurate inspections.

2. Improve equipment operating procedures and emergency response plans, organize regular training and drills for the maintenance electrician team.

3. Optimize and improve the water, air and electricity supply and pipeline layout, improve the working environment of the workshop.

4. Carry on statistics and analysis of the air supply and hydropower plant data, assist the supervisor to figure out the energy saving and emission reduction plan.

5. In accordance with the requirements of the water and electricity sector, update the company water and electricity data.

6. Comply with the EHS and information security regulations.

Assist supervisor to manage the electrician team, complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Collage or above, mechatronics major, HVAC or thermodynamics major

PREFERRED:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 5+ years facilities service experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: 61 Demonstrated ability on good communication.

61 Know well in air-compressor, HVAC, Circulation box and Oven, etc.

61 Good willingness to accept the company culture

61 Good willingness and skills on studying and learning to keep abreast of the development demands.

PREFERRED: 61 With Security Administrator Certificate

61 Senior Electrician Certificate
