Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment are maintained in excellent working condition to support our production processes and minimize downtime. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance. - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly to reduce downtime. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities. - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical problems. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the maintenance department. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations. - Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and contractors when necessary.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within industrial environments, - Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and industry standards. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Good communication skills with proficiency in English. - Willingness to work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to local work environment and culture. - Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Ensure discipline and adherence to ISO, HSE procedures
