Maintenance Engineer (POS & Ticketing System) | Ang Mo Kio | Up to $3300 #9398
Summary
Maintains and repairs point-of-sale, ticketing, and access-control systems in a 12-hour rotational shift role across Singapore, ensuring minimal downtime for attractions and parking facilities.
Contract: 1 year renewable/ convertible
Salary range: $2800 to $3300 + Allowances + Bonus
Working Days: 4 days work & 3 days off
Working Hours: 12 hours rotational shift basis
Location: AMK + Client side
Job Descriptions:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for attraction ticketing systems, POS systems, vehicle gantry admission systems, and car park electronic payment systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize system downtime
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system health checks to ensure smooth operations
Monitor system performance and escalate critical faults when necessary
Support system installation, setup, configuration, and commissioning activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and service reports
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with operational and safety procedures
Provide on-site technical support and respond to urgent system issues when required
Job Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, or related discipline
Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems and familiarity with POS systems, Car Park Electronic Payment Systems, Ticketing or Access Control Systems
Experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, IP devices)
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
