Maintenance Engineer

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the production equipment repairing, regular preventive maintenance, & Daily Check

  负责生产设备的维修，日常维护及点巡检。

• Responsible for the new machine installation setup，commissioning and acceptance.

  新产线新设备导入，参与设备安装调试及验收；

• Establishing and documenting for the Equipment to meet the ISO9000 & EHS requirements.

  建立并记录设备相关文件，以满足ISO9000和EHS要求

• Implementing the Jig & fixture design and verify.

  实施工装夹具的设计和验证.

• Assist production to solve product & process problems.

  协助生产解决产品和工艺问题.

• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting of Equipment department.

  执行设备部门的数据分析和故障排除。

• Lead & assist in conducting the RBS Kaizen & Pokayoke.

  领导并协助开展RBS Kaizen & Pokayoke。

• Control the shutdown & TPM rate & take corrective action.

  控制停机和TPM完成率并采取纠正措施。

• Make the maintenance plan & implementation.

  制定维护计划并实施。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical or Mechatronics Chemistry.

  电气自动化，机械或机电一体化专业，本科及以上

• More than 3 years of work experience in equipment maintenance.

  从事设备维护工作3年以上工作经验。

• Minimum of three years testing engineering experience.

至少三年测试工程经验。

• Experience in PLC operation and be familiar with programming.

  有PLC实操经验，熟悉编程。

• Familiar with the use of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  熟悉液压及气动系统的使用。

• English CET 4 or above, proficient in both spoken and written English skills.

  英语CET 4或以上，熟练的口语和书面英语技能。

• Strong hands-on machine debug\repair and learning abilities, good communication skills.

  设备调试及维修动手能力。设备调试及维修动手能力强。

• Participating in product localization projects, experience in using CAD and Solidworks software is preferred.

  参与过产品本地化项目，有使用CAD及Solidworks软件经验的优先。
