Maintenance Engineer [SAS]

Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment, including IMTE calibration and maintenance records.

Organise routine and corrective maintenance activities for building infrastructure, utility systems and plant facilities.

Conduct hands-on maintenance, basic electrical troubleshooting and instrumentation checks to support equipment reliability.

Assist in diagnosing faults in PLC-controlled systems, SCADA and HMI, and coordinate further technical support when required.

Support the installation, commissioning and upgrading of new equipment, including feasibility studies and project planning.

Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring maintenance and repair works are completed safely and according to requirements.

Prepare technical reports, approval documents, operating instructions, training materials and submissions to relevant authorities.

Assist with spare parts planning, stock monitoring, supplier quotations, price negotiations and purchasing activities.

Work with the Technical Department to support EHS programmes, risk assessments, workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Perform other engineering and technical duties assigned by the supervisor.
