Maintenance Engineer [SAS]

Develop, plan and coordinate preventive maintenance programmes, including IMTE calibration, to ensure plant equipment reliability.

Manage routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities for building facilities, utilities and related systems.

Conduct hands-on maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults to minimise equipment downtime.

Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for PLC-controlled equipment, SCADA and HMI systems.

Coordinate new equipment installation, system upgrades, feasibility assessments and technical planning.

Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance and repair works to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.

Prepare technical documentation, approval papers, work instructions, training materials and regulatory submissions.

Coordinate spare parts procurement and inventory management, including quotation evaluation, price negotiation and ordering.

Support the Technical Department in EHS programmes, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
