Maintenance Engineer

SkyTech is an aircraft line maintenance provider based in Portugal, with several outstations around the world. The company is oriented to perform maintenance worldwide on Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A380 and BOMBARDIER CL-600-2B16.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare aircraft maintenance work from the perspective of tools, materials and people.

· Plan basic inspection activities.

· Follow up on the execution of maintenance work and adjust as necessary.

· Coordinate with the organization the response to unforeseen situations.

· Eliminate redundancies, establish precedence, assignment of inspection levels in work cards.

· Estimate task performance times and optimize load-capacity map considering constraints.

· Continuous Performance Analysis.

· Carry out studies to increase the scope of certification (new aircraft, new capabilities).

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or similar;

· Preferably at least 1 year of work experience in EASA Organizations Part-145;

· Knowledge of the legislation applicable to the aeronautical sector, in particular to EASA Part 145;

· Familiarization with manuals and technical documentation;

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

· Strong organizational skills.
