Maintenance Engineer
Assists with planning and executing the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment. Hands on experience in critical machine assemblies of machining centers and SPM. Good knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics circuits. Should be capable of dis-assembly and assembly of critical machine parts with limited support. Must have good knowledge of engineering drawings and machine drawings. Sound knowledge of vibration analysis.
Works with teams in the maintenance organization and assists line employees in basic maintenance procedures.
Assists Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering in problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.
Assists with spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system.
Assists with equipment engineering design evaluations.
Builds preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
Diploma in Mechanical engineering - 8 to 12 Years of Experience
Mechanical Engineering Graduate - 6 to 8 Years of experience.
