Position Overview: Responsible for coordinating with supervisors relating to the maintenance and repair of physical systems of buildings, equipment, and preventative maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

- Tech 2 should possess reasonable experience in general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Perform, Public Area, and Guest Room preventative maintenance per standards and schedules.
- Troubleshoot all operational problems including, but not limited to, equipment and building trades.
- Respond in courteous, professional and rapid manner in order to resolve guest and staff difficulties.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- The employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
