Maintenance Engineer
Summary
Maintains and improves factory equipment in Beijing using Siemens PLCs, motors, and industrial systems to reduce downtime and meet KPIs while ensuring OT network security compliance.
Job Summary
What you will do
- Following maintenance procedure, deal with machine BD failure, implement SEA analysis to fix the failure from root cause. Ensure TBM fully implemented and updated in time.
- Perform CBM implementation, such as vibration, temperature, current, and SPC monitoring.
- Develop high CML solution for equipment failure and introduce new technologies for equipment reliability/productivity/quality improvement.
- Be responsible for KPI improvement, try to reduce Breakdown, shorten repair time, and ensure fulfilment of TBM implementation.
- Assist on reducing equipment short stop problem and product quality defects related problem.
- Follow department arrangement, lead or participate in projects according to Tetra Pak projects management methodology defined in EM pillar.
- Participate WCM activities, and support factory pillar and WCM Team activities.
- Continuous grow on individual technical competence, and summarize maintenance experience, share skills and experience to technicians and other engineers to improve team skill level.
- Follow company safety regulation, ensuring safety operation, and manage supplier, ensuring their safety operation.
- Spare parts management for his responsible area, including new parts usage control, old parts repair/scrap control, and raise new parts purchase request to ensure parts reasonable consumption and stock value.
- As Machine Network security super user, to coordinate with central OT security team and ensure factory OT network is compliant with global OT security policies.
- Supervises and support other OT security super users to complete compliance activities, such as OS system upgrade, computer upgrade, antivirus software health and system backup etc.
- Conduct OT security policy, ensure new systems compliance.

We believe you have
- At least college degree or above with major in mechanical and electrical.
- Above 5 years working experience of electrical and mechanical in industrial shopfloor.
- Familiar with SIEMENS full range of PLC, motor, servo driver, inverter; Familiar with bearing, gearbox, pumps, hydraulic devices, pneumatic devices repair.
- WCM/TPM experience is Preferred.
- Mandatory English skill: fluent both on reading and speaking.

Solid understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.

Familiar with fundamental network security principles, such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operations.

Understanding of industrial control systems, including ICS, SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems.
