Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator

The Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the Middlebury production facility, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The primary focus is managing the preventative maintenance program, coordinating vendors and contractors, maintaining regulatory and food safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator will spend the majority of their time supporting production operations through preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, facility inspections, repairs, and documentation. This position is expected to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, anticipate maintenance needs before they impact operations, and take ownership of maintaining a safe, organized, and reliable facility.

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Starting wage $27/hour
